Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What do I need to pickup a package?

All customer must have valid government-issued identification in order to pickup their package. If a customer does not have proper identification, the package will not be released. The ID must match the address on the package.

What do I need to drop-off a package?

Drop-offs, the contents need to be securely placed in a box/package, then the label needs to be secured to the exterior.

With Purolator/UPS/ICS/Loomis/Canpar, your package can be tracked through the tracking number as seen on the label. No receipt will be provided. Tracking is already there for you to track on the carriers web site. We get daily pick-ups so packages move quickly.

When can I drop off a package?

Packages can be dropped off in-store during our operating hours.

What happens if I cannot print my label at home?

Customers who have not already printed and affixed their label to the package can use our printing service for a fee. If this service is required, when you arrive to the store, an employee will assist you with printing the label. Labels can be printed for $1.50, and taped for $3.50.

When can I pickup a package from a Schneider's pickup point?

For packages that are delivered to the store, you may pickup within five (5) days of delivery during store hours.

Why do all locations not accept packages for all carriers?

All locations accepts Purolator, UPS, ICS, Loomis, Canpar, Amazon, and Pudo. All locations can make labels to ship anywhere, with discounted rates.

What if my package does not have a shipping label?

Amazon usually provides a QR code instead of a label. Simply cancel the return and request a UPS or Purolator label for the same fee, and we can take the shipment!
